Mint, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Are you stumped as to what to bring to a Christmas party? Do you have a cookie exchange but don’t have the time to spend on complicated cookie recipes? If that is the case, I have the recipe for you. The mix of chocolate chips and mint chips make this traditional chocolate chip cookie recipe a more festive version of it. Since it’s a drop cookie it’s also easy to make and it doesn’t take a ton of time to put the badder together.

Over the past few years I have done a lot of research into making the perfect chocolate chip cookie. Growing up my dad always liked the thin, crispy cookies because he is a dedicated milk dunker. I am a soft, cakelike chocolate chip cookie lover. So, I dedicated myself to trying many recipes to finding my perfect chocolate chip cookie. This recipe is by far my favorite and by adding the mint chip pieces it has a festive holiday feel!
