Beauty Swap never seems to be dull! Which I suppose is a very good thing. This time my partner was the wonderful Crystal from Crystal Cattle. If you haven’t been on her blog or Facebook page yet, you are missing out. Her Turquoise Thursday posts are addicting to say the least. Crystal is from a Registered Hereford farm in Iowa so she takes a lot of pictures of beautiful red cows with white faces.

Let me tell you, I got an awesome box from Crystal! But there was a time where I wasn’t sure whether I would get it. My husband and I have two dogs, Casey and Mojo. Mojo was mine before we got married and Casey was my husband’s dog before we got married. Casey has an obsession with chewing packages and normally I can get the packages before she gets to them.
Sadly, on the day I got my package Casey got to it before I did. We had a fresh 2 inches of snow on the ground and I was on a mission. It was a sunny morning on that Sunday and I spend the afternoon searching through the snow! The good news is I found (or think) everything from the package.
It was worth the searching because I love the items I got! The EOS lip blame is great, I love the fruity scent and the fun packaging. I also got Peach body lotion from The Body Shop and it is a new favorite of mine. I have a problem with dry skin and this is a great, long lasting lotion.
My favorite item is Benefit’s Fakeup. Crystal said it was the best concealer and she didn’t lie. Being fair skinned makes concealer is a difficult thing. This concealer is lightweight and the perfect color. It is perfect under any foundation and it will be a constant in my makeup bag!
