Barn Love for Weddings

Today, I am envious of anyone that can have their wedding in a barn!  Barns are such a beautiful atmosphere for a country vintage wedding and can give the gathering such a warm, comfortable feel.

Isn’t this just a beautiful barn!

Isn’t this wedding stunning?  I love the ambiance the lights give the ceremony.  It’s a big, open space but it still seems to be cozy. Image from here

This barn has such a beautiful interior, the architecture is to die for and it’s the perfect place for a county wedding.Image from here

At least my fiance and I can get some beautiful pictures in front of our family’s big red barn.Image from here

I don’t know Amber, but I would LOVE to find out. Maybe I’ll do some research and try to find out!

You could always do your reception in a barn. That’s what we did and it was super fun. Everyone loved it.

That would be so cool. Sadly, I couldn’t find a barn big enough to hold all of the people we’re going to have.

I love the idea of a barn wedding! I always thought it would be awesome to do with haybales for seats!

Barns are beautiful structures in my mind anyway…so much variety, yet so enduring over time! Of course I am the one who wants to incorporate a silo onto the side of our new house for a breakfast nook on the first floor and a bathroom on the second too!

The hay bales would be so cool too! I just love the idea of a truly rustic event

Gorgeous. I’ve always loved barn weddings…never been to one, BUT, I have always wanted a rural, country-themed wedding. My parents have this little dream that one of the daughters in our family will be married in the woods. I think it’d be gorgeous, but I think I like barns better. 🙂

I love all your wedding posts. I’m living vicariously through your planning! Keep up the great work and the sharing, ma’am!
