Messy Kennedy

Around here life is crazy, messy and we love every minute!

Happy Ag Week!

Have you fed your family today?  If so, thank a farmer.  This week is especially close to my heart because it is National Ag Week.  This week is important because it is a fabulous time to thank farmers and ranchers for the hard work they and their families put into producing food.  For farmers and ranchers, we use it as an opportunity to promote and educate what being in agriculture is all about.

With the beautiful spring weather being everyone is feeling extra motivated, making it the perfect week for Ag Week.  Ears are extra perky and tails are held extra high!  Everyone on the farm, livestock included, are excited to see the snow melt in the sun.  However, with the melting snow and sunshine comes an unwelcome guest.

Mud and a mess.  On farms there tends to be a great deal of daily traffic.  During this time of the year, all of that traffic means our drive ways become messy and challenging.  Thankfully, the mud only lasts a short time and soon enough we will be well into spring and the mud becomes minimal.
I have a very exciting blog coming out later this week and I cannot wait to share it with you all.
