Love of Dairy

I would like to welcome each of you to my new blog.  This blog will focus on modern dairy production and education of the consumer on the dairy industry as a whole.  I was raised on a dairy farm which is owned and managed by my family.  As a member of the agricultural industry I have a passion for what I do.  


I, like most of the dairy producers I communicate with on a regular basis, do this job because we are passionate about what we do.  There are easier ways to make a dollar, however, there is no better way to support your family.  We get up at 4:30 in the morning and will stay outside working until 7 or 8 in the evening.  Our work is physical and demanding but we sleep well at night and are completely satisfied with ourselves and our day.  


I welcome you to ask me questions.  My goal is to educate you about modern dairy production and why milk is essential in everyone’s diet.
